Shipping policy
At Verta Society, orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Please note that Verta Society is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Verta Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
